Like many of you I’ve been seeking the magic answer to losing weight. I’ve tried who knows how many diets and programs without success. I went years eating less than 1000 calories a day and exercising daily. All with minimal results. I’ve been extremely discouraged. Until now!
I have to share. I’ve been thinking about whether or not I want to do this, because once I post this online, I’m really committed. If I fail again, you all will know (Like you can’t tell anyway).
Here’s what I did. I purchased the book Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Read it. Looked at it.
Waited a week or two or three. Then looked at it again. Can I procrastinate or what!
Decided I had to clean out all my junk food so that took another week or two. What was I waiting for?
Finally, I started the program. . .
I’ve lost 15 pounds so far! I’m thrilled. I can’t believe this already in less than three weeks.
I was planning to take a break for two days but got a GI bug - lost all appetite for a week and am now ready to resume my quest of weight reduction and a healthy body.
I have a ways to go to meet my goal. I have to say, I’m not really hungry on this diet. I know I get a break and I can plan to eat what I’m craving then like a fresh baked New York pizza.
This book Fat Loss 4 Idiots has my heartfelt recommendation. If you are like me and nothing has worked, then it’s time to check this out. Fat Loss 4 Idiots
I’ll let you all know how I’m doing next month. My personal goal is to get rid of another 20 pounds in June. Keep on rooting for me.
