Just the title “Under the Knife” was intriguing enough to take a closer look at this book, new on Clickbank. The advertisement for this reads: The inside truth about Weight Loss and Weight Loss surgery a surgeons perspective. This book is written by a board certified surgeon. It explains your options, whether you chose conservative management or surgical intervention for treatment of obesity.
Apparently, the medical and surgical treatment of obesity and weight issues is a rapidly evolving field. You owe it to yourself as well as your family to achieve good health through weight control, and there is excellent scientific evidence that demonstrates the beneficial effects of Weight Loss in terms of your long term outlook.
Why not use the latest scientific information to make an informed decision about something that will affect you for the rest of your life? “Under The Knife” will help you lose body fat and be in better shape, to live longer and have a healthier life, to spend quality time with your family and friends, and to reduce your risk for early heart attacks, strokes, sleep apnea, arthritis, and a whole host of medical problems.
I was unable to find the surgeons name in the write up, which I think should be available. But along with your purchase, you’ll receive quarterly email updates for one year on recently published research on obesity management.
It looks like this is a well researched and thought out book covering all the ramifications of being overweight and undergoing treatment for obesity. I think this would be worthwhile investment as long as you read it and implement the recommendations. (Don’t we all do this?)
